Another Celeb Couple Call It Quits: Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler Call Off Engagement
After only 10 months of dating and and just 3 months after the couple got engaged, Kristin Cavallari (former MTV star) and Jay Cutler (Chicago Bears quarterback) call off their engagement. As if that wasn’t bad enough the breakup happened just days after Kristin did a wedding dress photo shoot for Life & Style magazine that hit stores today.
It has yet to be confirmed but rumors and sources close to the couple are stating that it was in-fact Jay you caught the case of cold feet and called off the wedding. A source close to Kristin also went on to say that Jay was very controlling and didn’t let Kristin go out with friends and if she did he would call her repeatedly demanding to know where she was and who she was with. Another source went on to say “She got dumped, and she’s absolutely devastated. She can’t believe this is happening.”
Cavallari, 24, and Cutler, 28, were planning for a spring wedding and we’re told the date, location and wedding registry were already set. It was reported that during the Life & Style photo shoot Kristin was super excited about her upcoming wedding date and made comments such as “I want a romantic, mystical wedding, with lots of flowers.”
